1 Scope & Operator
This compliance statement applies to all products and services offered by Aurora Lolita, a brand of Aviavision Project LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of New York, United States, with its principal place of business at Brooklyn, NY 11232. Our distance-sales activity is conducted globally via the website www.lolitawear.com, with regional support from our offices in Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Guangzhou.
The disclosures below summarise material consumer-protection and e-commerce rules in each jurisdiction where we routinely ship. They are informational and do not replace or limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable local law. Where local law grants you a broader right than summarised here, that broader right prevails.
2 United States
Orders placed by United States consumers are governed principally by the Federal Trade Commission Act and the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR §435), alongside the consumer-protection statutes of the purchaser's state of residence (including, where applicable, California's Unfair Competition Law and Civil Code §§1750 et seq., and New York General Business Law §§349–350).
- Shipping Window: Where no shipping window is stated, we ship within 30 days of a cleared payment. In-stock items normally ship within 1–2 business days; pre-order and made-to-measure items ship on the production schedule shown on the product page.
- Delay Notice & Right to Cancel: If we cannot ship on time, we will notify you in writing of the new date and offer a right to cancel with full refund.
- Cooling-Off: There is no federal-law cooling-off right for distance sales, but our voluntary 14-day return policy provides an equivalent protection for eligible items.
- Arbitration / Class Waiver: Disputes are subject to our Terms of Service. Nothing in those terms deprives you of rights granted by your state of residence.
3 United Kingdom
Orders delivered to the United Kingdom are governed by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and associated sale-of-goods and digital-content standards.
- 14-Day Right to Cancel: You may cancel an eligible in-stock order for any reason within 14 days of delivery, with a further 14 days to return the goods. Exemptions apply to made-to-measure, hygiene-sensitive and personalised items (regulation 28).
- Quality Standards: Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, per sections 9–11 of the 2015 Act. Statutory remedies (repair, replacement, refund) apply in addition to any warranty we offer.
- Delivery: We are responsible for goods until they are in your physical possession (section 29).
- Consumer Advice: Free advice is available from Citizens Advice.
4 European Union & EEA
Orders delivered within the EU/EEA are governed by the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR, (EU) 2023/988), and the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC), each as implemented in national law.
- 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: You may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receipt of the last item in your order, without giving reasons. The exemptions in Article 16 apply (made-to-measure, sealed goods unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds, etc.).
- Statutory Conformity: Goods must conform to contract under Directive (EU) 2019/771; the minimum 2-year statutory liability period applies.
- GPSR: Our economic-operator information is displayed on every product page and parcel label, as required by Articles 9 and 16 GPSR.
- Online Dispute Resolution: The European Commission's ODR platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
5 Japan
Sales to customers in Japan are subject to the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (特定商取引に関する法律), the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations (景品表示法), and the Consumer Contract Act (消費者契約法).

6 Taiwan
Sales to customers in Taiwan are subject to the Consumer Protection Act (消費者保護法), in particular Article 19 on distance selling, and the implementing Distance-Selling Regulations.
- 7-Day Rescission Right (第19條): For eligible distance-sold goods, consumers have 7 days from delivery to rescind the contract without reason and without charge, subject to the exemptions in the Communication Transaction Reasonable Exception Regulation (e.g. sealed hygiene items, customised goods).
- Quality & Information: We provide pre-contract information including vendor identity, price, payment, delivery, and right-of-rescission procedure as required by Article 18.
- Complaints: Email [email protected]; we aim to respond within 15 days, in addition to any remedy available before the Consumer Protection Committee or competent local authority.
7 Russia
Sales to consumers in the Russian Federation are subject to the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights (Закон РФ «О защите прав потребителей»), in particular Article 26.1 on remote sales, and related regulations on distance selling of goods.
- Pre-Delivery Rejection: Under Article 26.1, you may refuse the goods at any time before delivery.
- 7-Day Right to Return: After delivery, you may return eligible goods of proper quality within 7 days (or within 3 months if the consumer was not given written notice of the right at the time of delivery).
- Quality & Information Rights: Rights to safety, information, and compensation for damages under Articles 4, 8–10 apply.
- Complaints: Contact [email protected]; disputes unresolved via negotiation may be brought before Rospotrebnadzor or the competent court of the consumer's residence.
8 UAE & Saudi Arabia
Sales to customers in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are subject to the respective national consumer-protection and e-commerce statutes, which we summarise below.
- Saudi Arabia — E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree M/126): Under Article 7, consumers may withdraw from eligible distance contracts within 7 days of delivery without reason, subject to the exemptions in Article 13.
- United Arab Emirates — Consumer Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 15/2020): Rights to accurate information, product quality and compensation for defects are preserved, in addition to any additional protection granted by the Emirate-level consumer-protection department.
- Islamic-law Principles: We do not sell alcohol, pork-derived products, or other items prohibited under local Islamic-law regulations, and we carry out local customs checks before dispatch.

9 Filing a Consumer Complaint

Escalate to Your Authority
If we cannot reach a fair resolution, you may approach the competent consumer-protection authority of your jurisdiction (see jurisdiction sections above).

Judicial Remedies
You retain the right to bring proceedings before the ordinary courts with jurisdiction in your place of residence, subject to any mandatory rules of your local law.
